Welding line/welding station design and development - following the process analysis we can support in designing all the infrastructure required for specific product manufacturing including electricity, gas supply, pressurized air supply, lifting equipment, moving line systems, conveyor systems, etc. It can be done following your company or global EHS and workstation requirements. We are able to recommend tooling suppliers for your product as well.
Welding line/welding station installation support - we are able to support work organization as well as installation on its own for all the welding line dedicated equipment.
5S Execution - flooring marking, an indication of the equipment, etc.
Support in productivity increase - standard work definition, work instruction preparation, standard operation time evaluation and validation, improvement analysis, improvement implementation, and validation.
